Shipping:
We ship using LIVE USPS shipping rates based on location and size of packaging.

All prints are securely packed in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and brown paper.
Single prints are wrapped around a large tube which is then wrapped in bubble wrap and packed inside a sturdy shipping box.
Multiple prints are individually wrapped in brown paper, bubble wrapped and shipped inside a large sturdy square shipping box.
Polaroids that ship with each order are wrapped in brown paper and secured with tape to brown wrapping paper.

Returns and Exchanges:
We guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your print simply return the item in the condition received and we will immediately issue a full 100% refund. We will also be happy to exchange for another print of equal value. We request that you contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Commission pieces & custom wall murals:
Commission wall murals are custom items. Unless an error is made on our end or the finished printed pieces are defective we are unable to issue refunds.
In the event a Kodak print or custom wall mural is defective we will be happy to replace the printed piece and will pay shipping.
Commissioned wall murals start at $1500 and include one (1) revision, and $150 for each revision after that.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
Due to the size and weight of larger prints, please email for an international shipping quote for all prints and murals over $50 USD.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is included with every purchase. You will receive you tracking number via email once it ships.
